ARRIVAL.  HEALTH CERTIFICATE ISSUED UPON REQUEST. ALL PUPPIES HAVE
BEEN WORMED AT 2,3,4, 6 AND 8 WEEKS AND VACCINATED AT 6  WEEKS OF
AGE.  ALL NEW OWNERS WILL RECEIVE A PUPPY PACK WITH ALL THE VET
INFORMATION AND PUPPY DOCUMENTS. UPON ARRIVAL PUPPIES MUST SEEK A
VET BEFORE 48 HOURS AFTER ARRIVAL. IF ANY CRITICAL ILLNESS (DEATH) MAY
OCCUR, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED A PUP, BUT NO REFUNDS ON VET BILL OR
SHIPPING. IF ILLNESS MAY OCCUR, YOU MUST SHOW A CERTIFIED DOCUMENT
FROM THE VET FOR REPLACEMENT OF PUPPY.
ALL DEPOSIT’S ARE NON REFUNDABLE . SHIPPING COST IS PAID BY THE BUYER
AND SHIPPING PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BEFORE PUPPY  IS SHIPPED. ALL
PUPPIES WILL BE SHIPPED AT EIGHT WEEKS OF AGE.
IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A BLUE COATED PUP, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT
BLUE COATED DOGS ARE MORE PRONE TO SKIN AND COAT PROBLEMS.  WE DO
NOT GUARANTEE AGAINST SKIN OR COAT PROBLEMS.  WE ARE NOT
RESPONSIBLE FOR SKIN OR COAT PROBLEMS THAT ARE COMMON AMONG
DOGS WITH BLUE COLORING.
Purchaser agrees to provide a safe home for their new pup and will not use the pup for
any illegal activity. If at any time, the purchaser is found to be using the pup for illegal
activity, Muscle dog kennels reserves the right to regain possession of the pup. We do not
tolerate dog fighting, and WILL pursue legal action to regain rights to the pup.
A deposit is required to hold any puppy .   If you change your mind on a pup, your deposit
may be transferred to any available pup at that time, however it will not be refunded.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
By signing this agreement, you understand what you have read, and understand that we
do enforce this agreement 100%. You also understand that Deposits are NON-
REFUNDABLE and may only be transferred to another litter or puppy.
